DMLite/DPM 1.13.0 is in EPEL-testing

Hello,

today we have pushed to EPEL-testing the dmlite packages of DPM 1.13.0. As usual,
It may take one or two days for it to be available in the various mirrors.

I wish to warmly thank all those who have contributed to it with their
activity, opinions, advice and testing.

For those who have testbeds running EPEL-testing, please update them now.
