Hi,

 we are about to tag and release Dynafed 1.3.0 to epel-testing. Among a few other little things,
this release contains a new Geo plugin that supports the new format of the GeoLite databases from MaxMind.
 The previous GeoIP plugin is kept for backward compatibility reasons, however it has to be considered
obsolete, as MaxMind does not release anymore data files that can be read by it.
